I recently relocated to the area and needed to find a new dentist. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, where I learned I’d need two fillings and a crown at a follow-up appointment. Unlike a crown I’d had done by another dentist, I felt no pain and was able to complete the entire procedure in a single appointment. Most dental offices have to order the crown and have you return for placement, but White Oak creates their crowns in-house, making the entire process much more convenient. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly, and the environment is clean and welcoming. I’m so happy I found this office and highly recommend it. Dr. Faley and her team are amazing!

I have experienced tooth and gum issues my entire life, being evaluated and treated by many dental professionals and their staff. The experience I had the last two days at White Oak Dental Group was far SUPERIOR to any of my previous dental experiences! This superior experience started with being able to obtain initial appointment on short notice. Next, at my first appointment as a new patient, prior to any service being done, the office manager Larry was very proactive in working with my insurance company, providing me with details and options of services available, what was covered by insurance, and what my out of pocket would be, PRIOR to the services being done. White Oak Dental Group also utilized state of art technology as part of their comprehensive exam, which enabled them to discover several tooth and gum issues that would have most likely been missed, providing me with their detailed plan of action to address and improve. Incredibly, they were actually able to work me in the very next day to start improving my dental situation that included a chipped tooth and gum areas that needed addressed sooner and not later. Nicole was the hygienist and she did an amazing job on my teeth and gums. Nicole also educated me on how to better care for my teeth and gums moving forward with new insights that no one had shared with me before. Dr. Faley was my dentist and was assisted by Alina. Dr. Faley was very professional and did an amazing job on determining what needed to be done, and then proceeded to do an amazing job in "fixing" the first two teeth needing repair in this visit. Alina was a breath of fresh air with a zest for life with her goal being to make being at the dentist "fun!" I am not sure I would call it fun, but it was definitely more enjoyable that I expected it to be! In summary, if you want a SUPERIOR dental experience, I highly recommend White Oak Dental Group to anyone who is in need of dental care and in reasonable proximity to Blue Springs!
